Full-surface gluing

 |
1. Kronotex flooring can of course be installed with full-surface gluing. However, slab surface properties must be determined with extreme precision beforehand, and it must also be decided precisely hich professional preparative procedures need to be performed (application of an undercoat, puttying, and sanding). According to the DIN 18202 standards for evenness, shown in Table 3, unevenness of > 2 mm per 1 m must be eliminated.
2. Always make sure that the underlying slab is absolutely dry, even, stable and and clean. Existing allowances for movement in the structure must be retained at the same places and with the same degree of movement. Use a polyurethane adhesive for full-surface gluing. D3 adhesive must also be applied to tongue-and-groove joints (as described above) in full surface-gluing.
Please consult a qualified flooring installer!
Important ! ! ! Do not use full-surface gluing with Kronotex laminate flooring in the presence of underfloor heating.
